3. XOLO Q1100:

This is a newly launched phone which comes with a Snapdragon 400 Quad core processor. It also comes with a 5-inch 720p HD display, 1GB of RAM, dual-SIM support and 8GB of internal storage. The phone also packs microSD card slot for storage expansion, 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera.


4. Gionee G Pad G3:

G Pad G3 comes with a 5.5-inch display, a 1.2-GHz quad-core processor, a 5-megapixel rear cam, 0.2-megapixel front cam, Android 4.2 and 2250 mAh battery. This is one of the least priced Quad core phones and it comes for less than Rs 10,000 in India.


5. Gionee Elife E5:

Although this phone is not strictly in the sub Rs 15,000 category, the prices of this phone has come down and it is one of the good choices available. The device comes with a 4.8 inch display with Quad core processor and 1GB RAM. It also has 8MP camera and 16GB internal storage.
