HTML Text Editor is a very simple and useful utility that was designed to help to create htmlText easily and quickly. Since the html markup used in Flex components that have an htmlText property use a subset of html, you can’t use Dreamweaver or other html editors for WYSIWYG editing. This will help you create your htmlText visually, speeding up the workflow. With HTML text editor you can write the text on the top window, the bottom window generates the text in HTML format.

Features of HTML Text;
- Updating both ways – you change the rich text, it changes the htmlText and you change the htmlText and it instantly updates the rich text
- No more “filter tags” button – it updates the display as soon as you check and un-check the boxes
- CDATA wrapping – check the box to wrap the htmlText in CDATA tags and what you copy to the clipboard will be wrapped in the CDATA tags.
This is an Adobe AIR apps, so you will need Adobe Air Runtime to install this.
